SOCHI, Russia, Feb. 13 (UPI) -- Swedish skier Henrik Harlaut has a impressive set of dreadlocks and an admirable commitment to his personal style.

The 22-year-old, who prefers to wear his pants loose and low, gave Olympics viewers a peak at his underwear during his turn in the ski slopestyle qualifying round on Thursday.

Haulaut is widely regarded as one of the world's best freeskiers, but finished seventh in the event after a fall caused his pants to ride down his backside.

But he's not too disturbed by the near-striptease.

"I've got suspenders," he told Yahoo! "So they're always secure."
