GENEVA, Switzerland, Feb. 11 (UPI) -- Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov says the draft U.N. resolution aimed at boosting aid to Syria is one-sided.
Lavrov also said the proposed resolution is "detached from reality," and the people who wrote the draft were trying to mount pressure on Russia and China by discussing the resolution with the press. Lavrov believes the U.N. Security Council should instead focus on making a resolution condemning terrorist activity in Syria.
