U.S. bobsled officials are not worried as official training doesn't begin until Friday, and the first two heats are Feb. 18. They just wanted her to rest and avoid getting other athletes sick.
A forlorn-looking Jones was pictured in U.S. ice dancer Alex Shibutani's selfie tweet with Shibutani maintaining minimum safe distance.
It's not surprising that athletes are so paranoid. Something like that could spread quickly through the Olympic village.
