WASHINGTON, Feb. 4 (UPI) -- Rep. Rob Andrews, D-NJ, is expected to resign from Congress amid an ethics inquiry. The 12-term congressman is expected to hold a press conference in his district in southern New Jersey. He is expected to announce his resignation from the House for a job at a Philadelphia law firm.
Andrews is currently being investigated by the House ethics committee for using campaign funds to pay for a trip to Scotland for his family. He is the second member this year to resign amid an ethics inquiry.
