NEW YORK, Feb. 1 (UPI) -- NFL quarterback Michael Vick said they while he's not sure where he'll end up next season, he'll "absolutely" be the starter come September.

"I can't see no other way," he said.

Vick said he's open to returning to the Philadelphia Eagles if he can't find a starting position with another team, but he's not sure what team he'll be playing for.

"I don't know," he said of the possibility of playing for the New York Jets. "Who knows? What I am is really excited about the opportunity to play again in 2014 and that's what's important."
