LOS ANGELES, Feb. 1 (UPI) -- Record label BMI has put more than $800,000 aside to settle a lawsuit singer Ally Burnett brought against Carly Rae Jepsen and Owl City for alleged copyright infringement.

Burnett filed the lawsuit against the two musical acts, BMI and several publishing companies in October 2012, saying they ripped off her "unique vocal motif" in their song "Good Time."

She said "Good Time" copied her song "Ah, It's a Love Song."

BMI reached a settlement agreement with Burnett in the amount of $804,156, though there hasn't been a ruling on the case yet.

Take a listen. Do you think "Good Time" is a ripoff?
