LOS ANGELES, Jan. 28 (UPI) -- It took one police raid and one unrelated arrest to get Canadian pop star Justin Bieber to move out of his controversial Calabasas, California home.

Sources close to the 19-year-old singer told TMZ that Bieber has decided to list his house and get out of the neighborhood where his troubles with U.S. law enforcement began.

Bieber's move comes two weeks after 11 L.A. County Sheriff's patrol cars showed up outside his home to execute a search warrant in connection to an egg throwing incident that took place the prior week.

Officials were looking for any evidence that would link the singer's home to an alleged egg assault to his neighbor's home the previous Thursday. While Bieber came out unscathed from the incident, his friend rapper Lil Za was arrested during the raid.

Sources claim that the incident was the last straw for the "Boyfriend" singer, as it was the second time he ran into trouble with the neighbor in question.

Nine days later, Bieber ended up behind bars anyway after he was charged with DUI, drag racing, driving with suspended license and resisting arrest in Miami Beach.
