Jan. 27 (UPI) -- Taylor Swift's passion for public dancing is well-documented. But she took it to another level at Sunday night's Grammy Awards, bumping and grooving her way through a series of performances, including her own.

Often one of the few celebrities dancing in the first few rows on Sunday, Swift got down to Beyonce, then Imagine Dragons and Kendrick Lamar.

Swift told Zap2It before the Grammys that an awards show is "the sickest concert ever," so she can't help but dance.

"I think it was a few years ago when they started seating me in the front row at award shows, and it was at that point that I realized it's really better to just look at an award show for what it is ... the sickest concert ever!" she said. "You get to see all these people get up one after another and play their biggest hits, so why not treat it like it's an amazing concert? And what do you do at an amazing concert? You dance."

When it was Swift's turn on stage, the 24-year-old singer didn't let a piano stop her from dancing. She complemented her power ballad "All Too Well" with a hair flip to rival that of any 1980s video vixen.

Swift didn't win any of the four Grammys she was nominated for -- including Album of the Year and Best Country Album -- but she did get a standing ovation for her performance.
