Glee fans were not happy with the "In Memoriam" tribute the Grammys put together for the late Cory Monteith on Sunday night.

While producers looked to honor the late actor/singer with a tribute, the screen that popped up featuring Monteith's photo misspelled his last name as "Montieth" on live national television.

The mistake prompted angry fans to go on Twitter and bash the Grammys for their oversight.

"Dear Recording Academy, it's 2014 & no one has spell check? His name is Cory MONTEITH!!! Fire the fact check clerk!! #GRAMMYs" wrote @hjmom71.

"GREAT JOB SPELLING CORY'S NAME WRONG IN HIS TRIBUTE LAST NIGHT #youshouldbeashamed," tweeted @juliatoro.

The former Glee star was found dead on July 13 in a room at the Fairmont Pacific Rim hotel in downtown Vancouver after missing his scheduled noon checkout time. An autopsy revealed he died of an explosive overdose of alcohol and cocaine.
