Fitness guru Jillian Michaels has helped millions of people lose hundreds of pounds as the personal trainer for The Biggest Loser and with her empire of workout DVD's, but now she's added yet another chapter to her workout world.

Michaels has teamed up with Curves to create a 30-minute full body workout circuit designed to quickly burn calories.

"My thing is 30-minute workouts. That's our goal to provide women with the tools to make the changes they want in their lives," she told Access Hollywood.

Michaels explained that the circuit works by pumping up the heart rate while strengthening and providing cardiovascular conditioning at the same time.

"It provides you the opportunity to fit in as many fitness modalities as possible because you aren't resting. There is no downtime," Michaels explained. "First off the heart rate is up entire time. Second of all, we are strengthening and conditioning cardiovascularly at the same time, which has been shown scientifically to provide the best results. Plus, the way we worked out will amp up your calories for hours to come."

She added that fad diets never really work, and that the secret is to mind what you eat.

"First you're a vegan. Then, you're into the Paleo diet. Now, you don't eat wheat. It's ridiculous! At the end of the day, it is common sense, don't eat chemicals, eat real foods and don't eat more food than you burn in a day. I have taken 100s of pounds off of people at an extremely accelerated rate practicing that philosophy of counting calories," she adds.

Michael said that in order to stick to a work out routine, people need to do something they really love otherwise "they won't do it."

"Over the course of your everyday life think about how you can add in a more active lifestyle. Instead of going to the bars, my friends and I will go to a batting cage or go bowling or head to the driving range. It's not really a workout but it's the difference between drinking 300 calories and burning calories, and that's a lot better than sitting at a bar."
