Sunny Cross, 'Catfish' star, blames shoes for DWI arrest

Catfish star Sunny Cross has struck a deal in her DWI case that will allow her to remain a free woman.

Cross was arrested in January of 2013 after authorities found her driving on the wrong side of the road in Arkansas. After the actress failed to pass a sobriety test, she reportedly told authorities it was her Christian Louboutin shoes' fault because they were really hard to walk in.

After undergoing another test, Cross ended up blowing a .08 -- drunk enough for prosecution.

As part of her deal with the prosecution, Cross had to plead guilty to one count of DWI and was ordered to complete a substance abuse program within 90 days.
