A U.S. Air Force helicopter crashed on the North Sea coast of England Tuesday evening, killing four U.S. Air Force personnel.
The Pave Hawk HH-60G helicopter from a British base in Lakenheath crashed into a nature preserve during a low-flying training mission near Cley, a town 110 miles northeast of London. The crash is under investigation and may take several days due to what Norfolk Constabulary Chief Superintendent Bob Scully described as "difficult terrain with marshland and tides coupled with wreckage containing munitions covering a large area."
