Jan. 8 (UPI) -- After years of searching for love on reality TV, Emily Maynard is now engaged to a man she met in church, 27-year-old management consultant Tyler Johnson.
"We're really excited!" Maynard told Us Weekly. "He proposed to me at home and gave both Ricki and me rings. It was so sweet! [My daughter] Ricki loves him more than she likes me!"
Maynard, who was engaged to racecar driver Ricky Hendrick before he died in a 2004 car crash, first appeared as a contestant on the 15th season of the The Bachelor. After ending her engagement to Brad Womack, Maynard appeared on The Bachelorette. Her engagement to Jeff Holm ended several months later.
Maynard spent New Year's with her fiancé. "It's going to be a good year :)" she wrote on Instagram.
