Curt Menefee and Erin Andrews had a Christmas Story moment Sunday night while covering the San Francisco 49ers Wild Card game against the Green Bay Packers.

Menefee was in the Fox studio when he referenced the popular 1983 holiday film while talking to Andrews who was at the sideline.

"Randall Cobb is back and so too to this show is our own Erin Andrews who using your 'Christmas Story' reference, hopefully hasn't been licking the goal post in between. Your tongue working right now?" asked Menefee referring to the well-known scene where Scott Schwartz's character is dared to lick a frozen flag pole.

"So far so good. But I anticipate sounding like Flick from 'A Christmas Story,'" Andrews replied.

The 49ers went on to win the game 23-20 thanks to a last minute Phil Dawson fieldgoal.
