Jan. 5 (UPI) -- Camille Grammer took to Twitter on Friday to mark an important health development. After months of chemotherapy and radiation for endometrial cancer, the 45-year-old television personality finally completed her treatments.

"I rang the bell at MD Anderson Cancer Center which marks that I have completed my Chemo and Radiation treatments. YAY," she captioned a photo of herself with a staff member.

Grammer spent two seasons on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, which saw the demise of her marriage to actor Kelsey Grammer.

She underwent a "radical hysterectomy" in October, then made headlines for a domestic violence altercation with then-boyfriend Dimitri Charalambopoulos.

She appeared on The Dr. Oz Show in November to discuss her progress, and told the TV doctor that she was "feeling great."

"Once in a while I'll get a little pain here and there, but I'm walking around. I was able to go trick-or-treating with my kids and my life is moving forward and I'm feeling very well," she said.
