Beyonce used her star power for good at a recent show, granting the dying wish of a terminally ill girl.

Thanks to the efforts of the Make-A-Wish foundation, Taylon, who has brain cancer, got to fulfill her dream of dancing and singing with the pop superstar at her Las Vegas stop on the Mrs. Carter tour.

"They found an inoperable tumor on her brain, and her dying wish was to dance with Beyoncé," said Ivy McGregor, of Philanthropy Program Partnerships.

Soaring down from high above the audience, Beyoncé stepped off the stage and gave a weeping Taylon a big hug. Then, sitting on the edge of the stage right in front of Taylon's wheelchair, the singer launched into the 2001 Destiny's Child hit "Survivor" while Taylon danced next to her.

Take a look and -- a warning -- keep the tissues close at hand.
