A week after Cameron Diaz revealed the cover of her forthcoming book The Body Book in a makeup-less selfie, the 41-year-old actress has a released a clip featuring what it took to put it together.
In the 3-minute video, Diaz can be seen interviewing subjects and snapping photos of a diverse group of 40 women for the nutrition book.
"It's not a plan, it's just information for you to have," she explains in the clip.
Last week, Cameron made use of her fairly new Instagram account to post a picture of the first bound copy of her title.
"One of my proudest moments! Receiving the first bound copy of The Body Book!! @thebodybook LADIES!! I wrote this book for YOU and YOUR BODY.. And I'm so excited to share it with you!! You can pre-order it now. http://amzn.to/1cmXmY6 #loveyouramazingbody," she wrote in the caption.
