Nov. 24 (UPI) -- Fans of Kim Kardashian say the reality star isn't doing enough by donating 10 percent of the proceeds from an eBay auction to the victims of Typhoon Haiyan in the Philippines.

Kardashian announced Thursday on her Celebuzz blog that she is auctioning off thousands of dollars worth of clothing and accessories on eBay and plans to donate a portion of the proceeds to victims of the storm that killed thousands of people.

"Hi guys, this is a very special auction because a portion of the proceeds of my eBay auction are going to International Medical Corps, which is a nonprofit organization that provides critical health services on remote islands where families are struggling to access medical care and basic resources like food, clean drinking water and vital medications. The proceeds will go directly to the communities they’re serving in the Philippines and will help typhoon survivors get access to medical care and ultimately save lives. My prayers and thoughts are with those affected by the typhoon. Check out my eBay auction here and support those who need our help in the Philippines. Xo," she wrote on the blog posting.

Some users commented on the blog posting that they thought 10 percent wasn't enough.

"Kim I noticed your only giving 10% of the ebay sales to Philippines, dont you think it would be more helpful and less of a publicity stunt to give all 100% of the proceeds! God Bless You," wrote a user under the name of indianhair.

The eBay auction will be ongoing through Dec. 1.
