Parker and the French journalist have been dating since 2011. The player revealed he was engaged to Franchine while answering fans' questions on Twitter in June. Asked what he liked to do in his free time, Parker said "spend time with my fiancee."
The dad-to-be was previously married to actress Eva Longoria. The couple split in 2010 after three years of marriage.
