Jaden Smith and girlfriend Kylie Jenner hit the red carpet at Ender's Game premiere

(UPI) -- Jaden Smith and girlfriend Kylie Jenner debuted on the red carpet as a couple at the Monday premiere of Ender's Game in Hollywood -- and gave photographers a perfect shot by engaging in a big hug.

Smith, 15, and Jenner, 16, have been dating since March. In July, Jenner wrote Smith a birthday note.

"Although we can't remember exactly when we met, I couldn't be more grateful that we did," she wrote. "You understand me like not many do and you always know the right time to make me laugh. And no, you haven't failed once to catch me when I attempt to walk or open the door on my every entrance. Happy birthday to my best friend."

Following the premiere, Jenner retweeted an interesting quote:

Even as Smith is enjoying romance with Jenner, the 15-year marriage of his parents, Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith, is reportedly having issues.

The Hollywood couple hasn’t been seen in public with one another since August and they are allegedly going through a trial separation.
