(UPI) -- John Barrasso hammered on Kathleen Sebelius again during the Sunday shows, calling again for the resignation of the Health and Human Services secretary for what he said was an embarrassing rollout of the healthcare online exchanges.

“She’s already, as of Saturday Night Live last night, the laughing stock of America,” the Wyoming Senator said on a visit to This Week Sunday. “She’s lost considerable credibility.”

Barrasso, an orthopedic surgeon, was referring to a skit on this weekend's SNL episode that brutalized the problematic launch of Healthcare.gov, the site meant to serve as the gateway to the centerpiece of the Affordable Care Act.

“The website was supposed to be the easy part of this,” Barrasso said. “This is just the tip of the iceberg of problems, with bigger problems to come.”

The SNL skit, starring Kate McKinnon as the beleaguered secretary, offered some on-the-nose mockery of the site's problems.

“Millions of Americans are visiting healthcare.gov, which is great news. Unfortunately, the site was only designed to handle six users at a time," McKinnon, as Sebelius said. She suggested turning the computer off and on again, or trying out the "low-res" version of the site.
