(UPI) -- Kate Middleton stopped by a sports workshop at the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in East London for a quick round of volleyball on Friday.
Dressed in a pair of skin-tight jeggings and sporting wedges, the Duchess of Cambridge made her first solo appearance since giving birth to Prince George in July to support her charity, SportsAid.
But Middleton didn't stop at just saying hello; the Duchess decided to join to team for a few plays despite her tight pants and high heels.
This is the third time Prince William's wife has stepped out in public since giving birth to the future King of England. The Duke and Duchess kicked off a marathon in Anglesey in August and attended the Tusk Trust Awards in September.
