(UPI) -- Timbaland get served... with divorce papers.

Monique Mosley, the producer's wife of five years, filed divorce papers requesting child support for both the daughter they have together, as well as the 10-year-old child she has from another relationship.

Mosley claims Timbaland, born Timothy Mosley, owes support on the older child because he has "publicly and privately proclaimed this child as his own."

According to the filing, she also wants her soon-to-be-ex to pony up for alimony and life insurance as well as private schools, vacations and summer camps for the kids. She also said he should foot her lawyer's fees.

On top of her demands, Mosley wants Timbaland to start shelling out cash immediately, since she has so little money she had to ask a friend to loan her money to pay for her attorney.

Timbaland, who is worth about $80 million, wed Monique Idlett in 2008.
