Divorce documents obtained by TMZ indicate Scarborough won't be paying child support and will pay a fraction of what he makes each month in alimony.

He is set to pay $30,000 per month for 5 years and $25,000 per months for another 2 years after that. He also paid Waren a lump sum of $150,000 and will continue to pay the mortgage on their Connecticut home and for their children's tuition.

The two share joint custody of their two children and all four continue to live together.

As part of the divorce agreement, neither party may enter the other's bedroom in the house and after 7 p.m. they are banned from each other's side of the house.
