Meg Ryan ditched the Hollywood spotlight for a quiet NYC life

At the time of his death in 1926, Spanish architect Antoni Gaudi was only a quarter of the way finished with his masterpiece, Barcelona's elaborate, impressionistic La Sagrada Familia.
Gaudi took over construction of the church back in 1883, though builders had started work on it in 1866. After 144 years of construction, the foundation that supports the massive project finally has an end date -- 2026 -- just in time for the 100-year anniversary of Gaudi's death.
Though it'll be 13 years before visitors will get to see a completed cathedral, La Sagrada Familia Foundation has used aerial helicopter footage and computer animation to show viewers what the finished building will look like.
