Melissa Gorga gives sex, marriage advice in new book

Real housewife of New Jersey Melissa Gorga discusses "the secrets of her hot and happy marriage" in her new book "Love Italian Style."

In the book, the 34 year old TV personality and her husband Joe talk candidly about what goes on behind closed doors and give controversial tips about how to keep a marriage alive.

"Men, I know you think your woman isn't the type who wants to be taken. But trust me, she is," Joe writes at one point. "Every girl wants to get her hair pulled once in a while. If your wife says 'no,' turn her around, and rip her clothes off. She wants to be dominated. Women don't realize how easy men are. Just give us what we want."

Gorga also discuses how sex is one of the most important tools in a relationship.

"In the beginning, Joe wanted to have sex every single day, at least once, if not twice or three times…If I didn't give it to him once a day, he'd get upset, she writes.

I can do something that pisses him off on a Monday, but if we had sex on Sunday night, it blows over more easily. But if we haven't done it for two days and I give him attitude? It could be a huge fight."

The book also discusses the importance of a woman being "in shape," and always "available for sex" to keep a man happy.

"[A] woman needs to keep herself in shape. She has to be seductive. She must be willing to try new things for her husband's pleasure and her own. And, most important, she has to be available for sex."

Other tips include: dressing to please your man, not going to the bathroom when he is in the house and knowing the difference and constantly having both passionate sex and maintenance sex.
