Phil Hartman, one of the most beloved comedians in recent history, died 15 years ago when his wife Brynn shot and killed him during a dispute.
Today would have been Hartman's 65th birthday. The "Saturday Night Live" star had a spot-on imitation of Bill Clinton, and played a grouch on NewsRadio. He also voiced characters on "The Simpsons."
Today, on his birthday, fans and friends have remembered his hilarious life.
