In the wee hours of Monday morning, just after Cincinnati Bengals cornerback Adam "Pacman" Jones finished celebrating his 30th birthday, the player was arrested.

Jones was cited for disorderly conduct after the car he was riding in was pulled over about 2:30 a.m. in Cincinnati.

The driver of that vehicle was stopped for driving 60 mph in a 40-mph zone. Tishana Holmes, 33, was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence and refused a field sobriety test.

During the stop, Jones was arrested for disorderly conduct. The two were released on their own recognizance. They will appear in court September 27.

Jones has been arrested before for several instances of assault.
