A few weeks after celebrating their son's birthday Giuliana and Bill Rancic say they're ready to give 1-year-old Duke a little brother or sister.

Duke was born Aug. 29, 2012 via surrogate, and now the Rancics have confirmed their gestational carrier has agreed to do another.

“We’ve got our carrier, who carried Duke -- she’s on board!" they said. "Having a brother or sister in the house is definitely in the future for Duke.”

Guiliana Rancic, 39, was diagnosed in late 2011 with early stage breast cancer and underwent a double mastectomy. Once she's been off her cancer-fighting medications for five years, though, she and Bill say they hope to give a natural pregnancy a shot.

“Of course, we’d try for a baby on our own,” Bill Rancic said. “That’s something Giuliana would love.”

Still, they're just grateful to have Duke, and hopefully soon, a younger sibling for him.

“It doesn’t matter how you get your little baby," he said. "When you’re holding the baby in your arms and you see their smile, it doesn’t matter.”
