Zac Efron must have the best management team in Hollywood, because the 25-year-old "High School Musical" star reportedly completed a stint in rehab without anyone finding out about it until five months later.

"He's healthy, happy and not drinking," a source told E! News on Tuesday, saying that the young actor spent time in rehab five months ago. "He's taking time to focus on working."

"He's taking care of himself and it shows," another source told People.

But TMZ added Tuesday that the actor, who recently promoted his film "Parkland" at the Toronto film festival, was battling an addiction to cocaine, and not alcohol.

Sources tell us Zac -- who also starred in [Seth Rogan's 'Neighbors'] -- was a no-show on a number of days. As one source connected with the film tells us, "It was common knowledge he was struggling with cocaine."

Efron's reps have yet to comment.
