Rashida Jones developing dramedy with sister Kidada Jones

Rashida Jones and her sister Kidada Jones are currently working on a new TV show that will air on The CW.

"The Revengers" will be an hour-long dramedy about two estranged friends who reunite in New York after realizing they've been dating the same guy. After the pair conjure a plan to humiliate the two-timer it goes viral, and the friends decide to start a clandestine payback business to avenge those who have been wronged.

Rashida and her "Celeste & Jesse Forever" writing partner Will McCormack will executive produce alongside Daniel Dubiecki ("Juno," "Up in the Air") and Lara Alameddine. The script will be penned by Kara Taylor who will also executive produce the show. Kidada and Jeff Grosvenor will also produce.

There is no word on whether the sisters will also star.

Earlier this month, "Parks and Recreation" showrunner Mike Schur confirmed Rashida was leaving the show in the 13th episode of the upcoming sixth season.

In addition to "The Revengers" Rashida is also developing a pilot for a Fox comedy titled "Stuck."
