A&E's "Duck Dynasty" set another record Wednesday as 11.8 million viewers tuned in to watch the show's fourth season premiere.

According to The Daily Mail, Wednesday's numbers -- which grew by more than one-third from last season's debut -- made the show the No. 1 non-fiction series telecast in cable history.

The show also broke records in April after its third season finale brought in 9.6 million viewers.

The Robertsons' comeback to the small screen was announced in late July after the show's stars reached a deal about their contract securing a significant pay bump for the fourth season of the show.

The new contract includes more than $200,000 per episode, to be split among the 9 adults and 11 children on the show. The new figure is four times as much as they were earning previously.

"Duck Dynasty" follows the life of a family that runs a duck call fabrication business.
