Singer Miguel arrested for DUI

California Highway Patrol officers arrested Miguel early Thursday morning after they caught him speeding and driving with tinted windows.

The 27-year-old crooner -- whose full name is Miguel Jontel Pimentel -- failed field sobriety tastes and allegedly blew a .10, above the state's legal limit of .08.

He was released on $5,000 bail.

The DUI booking isn't Miguel's only legal problem.

The singer could face charges for a May incident at the Billboard Music Awards, in which the singer accidentally kicked a woman in the head during a leap across the crowd. The victim's lawyer said Khyati Shah has been exhibiting signs of neurological damage since the event.
