Justin Bieber sets Make-A-Wish record, accepts fan's marriage proposal

After a recent string of unflattering stories about Justin Bieber and his entourage -- urinating in mob buckets, inciting nightclub brawls, etc. -- it's nice to hear something positive about the 19-year-old performer.

Breaking the record for the most number of wishes granted by a single recording artist, Bieber met with an 8-year-old Make-A-Wish recipient in Atlanta last weekend.

Annalysha Brown-Rafanan, who has a life-threatening liver condition, took the opportunity to ask for Bieber's hand in marriage. He said yes.

"Just watched @justinbieber grant his 200th make a wish!! Most ever by any musician! Very #Proud," the singer's manager, Scooter Braun, said on Twitter.

Bieber later called the proposal one of his "best moments."
