On Saturday night, Justin Bieber and an entourage of 12 to 14 people visited the South Pointe nightclub in Southampton, where it only took an hour for the pop star's presence to incite chaos and lead to a police investigation.

According to reports, Bieber and his crew sat in the VIP section when a young woman approached him. When she was denied access to the singer, she returned to Bieber with an angry man.

The 19-year-old Canadian -- who seems to feel that his shirtless torso is his most powerful weapon -- then pulled off his top and shouted at the man.

A source told E! News that Bieber eventually left the club with two cocktail waitresses and no major mishaps -- that is, until the angry clubgoer followed him outside the venue.

Though its unclear how the scuffle ensued, the alleged victim became involved in a confrontation with Bieber's bodyguards and later filed a police report.

In a statement, South Pointe management said that the tussle took place outside the club, after the alleged victim threw a rock towards Bieber's car.

"The police are currently investigating an incident that happened off premise and down the street from South Pointe in which Justin Bieber's security confronted the individual after their car was struck with a rock after 4 a.m.," South Pointe said.
