Lindsay Lohan's mother, Dina Lohan, told E! News that she couldn't be happier about her daughter's upcoming post-rehab reality show to be aired exclusively in Oprah Winfrey's OWN network.

"It's fantastic," Dina said of the eight-episode documentary. "If anyone is going to help mentor you, it's going to be Oprah."

Asked if she'd be a part of the show, the veteran reality star said that it was a very likely possibility.

"Possibly! It's about family…and I'm family," she said.

As for how Lindsay is doing as she finishes her last weeks in rehab, Dina said he daughter was "happy, healthy and amazing," and added that rumors that the "Parent Trap" actress will be moving back home after rehab were simply not true.

"Lindsay is 27, my kids all have their own places," Dina told E!. "She's not going to move back home. She'll be getting an apartment in New York. She'll be in New York. It's great because [sister Ali] is in New York with Wilhelmina models. [Son] Michael is in New York. My other little guy [son Dakota] is 17 and he's still at home and going to St. Anthony's. The rest may come home to mom, but they don't want to live with me."

Last week, it was revealed that Lindsay would appear in an eight-part documentary series that will follow her road to recovery and will air in 2014 in the OWN network. In addition, the actress will sit down with Oprah for her first post-rehab interview to air in August.

According to Entertainment Weekly, this is the first time the "Freaky Friday" star agrees to participate in an unscripted project as she refused to be a part of her mother's 2008 "Living Lohan" reality show.

Lindsay is currently serving a 90 day sentence of court-ordered rehab at a Malibu Clinic.
