Tugboat accident leaves Minnesota man dead

The body of 22-year-old Tyler Trussoni was recovered from the second floor of the Megan McB tugboat on Wednesday afternoon, after Trussoni and two of his crew members were caught in a flow that sent them over the rollers of the Lock and Dam No. 7 near Dresbach, Minn., WCCO reported Wednesday.

The three men were out on the boat to help barges dealing with high water and strong winds, according to WKBT., when the increasing currents swept them over the dam and caused the boat to take on water.

Trussoni's crew members were taken to a local health center with minor injuries.
