Trailer: Nicolas Cage and John Cusack in "The Frozen Ground"

John Cusack plays an infamous, Alaskan serial killer in a film due out later this summer.

"The Frozen Ground," a thriller based on the Anchorage serial killer Robert Hansen, stars John Cusack as the killer, Vanessa Hudgens as the girl who escapes the killer's den, and Nicolas Cage as the officer who'll stop at nothing to bring the killer to justice.

The film is directed by Scott Walker and is set to hit theaters August 23, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
