George Clooney, Monika Jakisic having an affair?

George Clooney is fervently denying rumors that he is having an affair with former girlfriend Monika Jakisic.

The NYPost reports Clooney's claims came after InTouch magazine reported that the actor was spotted holding hands with his former fling at a Loulou's Club in Mayfair, London.

Clooney, who has been dating model Stacy Keibler since July 2012, reportedly told Page 6 that "the story is made up."

“I wasn't holding anybody's hand," said Clooney. "Stop trying to sell magazines by creating scandal that isn't there.”

The actor is currently in London filming "The Monuments Men."
