The feud between Nicki Minaj and Peter Rosenberg started last year, when the Hot 97 radio DJ criticized the 30-year-old performer for straying from her hip-hop roots with her track, "Starships."

"We about that real hip-hop, not 'Starships,'" Rosenberg said at the time, prompting Minaj's Young Money label, founded by Lil Wayne, to pull artists from the station's annual Summer Jam concert.

"In hindsight...I should've just did the show," Minaj told listeners on Hot 97 on Monday, according to E! Online.

During her first meeting with Rosenberg since the incident, the singer and rapper explained why she was so offended by his comments.

"I don't know your resume. I never found you funny. I never found you entertaining. I never found you smart," Minaj said. "I just found you annoying. To me it was like, who are you? You don't have enough of a resume to make those comments."

Despite Minaj's criticisms, the two managed to to clear the air.

"It's water under the bridge," she said of the incident. "I mean it's so long ago. I can't even act like I care anymore, but I appreciate you guys having me."
