Anjelica Huston's name misspelled in 'Smash' series finale

NBC's big-budget flop has been riddled with problems since it first aired last year, and the show's series finale was no exception.

Both The Wrap and Entertainment Weekly noticed that digital versions of the episode (which air on sites like Hulu) misspelled Anjelica Huston's name as "Angelica Huston."

Sources told both sites that the error is being corrected.

"Smash" was canceled after its second season after notoriously poor ratings and major staff upheavals.
