A woman has filed suit against Eagles running back LeSean McCoy, his bodyguard and Premier Luxury Rentals in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas.

"Mary Roe" claims in the suit that she was invited by McCoy's publicist along with 14 other women to ride a party bus to a New York City night club with McCoy, his bodyguard and three other men. The Premier Luxury rentals bus was to return them all to Philadelphia in the early morning on Dec. 19, 2012.

On the return trip, "McCoy and some of the male guests began to spray the female guests, including the plaintiff, with water," the complaint states.

"When plaintiff protested, McCoy directed Big John to 'get her.' Big John and/or McCoy then struck plaintiff in the face, causing her to fall to the ground, physically restrained her while she was lying on the ground, poured a beverage onto her hair, clothes, and body, and forcibly dragged and pushed her. McCoy ordered the driver to stop on the side of the highway, and after the driver did so, both Big John and McCoy then forcibly ejected plaintiff from the bus."

After other guests complained, Big John and McCoy allegedly brought her back into the bus. After Roe called police, she claims she was left at a New Jersey rest stop. After reporting the assault to New Jersey State police, the woman took two trains back to Philadelphia.

Roe seeks more than $50,000 in damages for assault and battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, false imprisonment and negligence.

“The allegations against LeSean McCoy are completely, unequivocally false," a rep for LeSean McCoy said in a statement, noting that there are no criminal charges pending and no probable cause was found.

The lawsuit comes just after McCoy made headlines accusing teammate Michael Vick of cheating in a foot race, and before that getting into a Twitter fight with the mother of one of his children.
