Jackie Greenberg, an 87-year-old mother of four, has sued Donald Trump for allegedly reneging on the terms of a deal in which she bought two of his Chicago condos. The television personality and real estate mogul, who already appeared in court Tuesday, was back on trial Wednesday, to defend charges that he promised Greenberg participation in revenue-sharing schemes.

According to The Chicago Sun-Times, Trump and Greenberg's attorney Shelly Kulwin spend most of the day bickering. Trump reportedly accused Greenberg of being a "very sophisticated investor" who was "playing the age card."

Discussion got so heated that Judge Amy St. Eve told both Trump and Kulvin that they had to simmer down.

Telling them they’d been “dancing around and boxing with each other for 45 minutes,” St. Eve admonished them, “This is not a boxing ring!”

“You’ve got to stop it,” she said. “Do you think the jury likes this?

“If you think the jury likes it, I can assure you they don’t — you’re wasting their time."

The judge also told Kulwin "to control yourself" when it came to questioning Trump, who bragged about his supposedly good reputation as a real estate investor.

"I don't want to be braggadocios," he said, "I build great buildings."
