New Orleans Police Superintendent Ronal Serpas said 19 people, including 10 adult men, seven women, a 10-year-old boy and a 10-year-old girl were injured at the 1:45 p.m. shooting, mostly from graze wounds. One man and one woman were reportedly in surgery Sunday evening.

Serpas told media the police were investigating three gunmen who likely worked together, using at least two different weapons, who were seen running from the scene.

A $10,000 reward from the Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms Bureau and Crimestoppers has been offered for information.
