With just one night on the Internet, Filomena Tobias has become a star.

Tobias, also known as Phyllis, was snapped giving Chicago Bulls center Joakim Noah the middle finger after he was ejected from the game against the Miami Heat, and the photo has been widely posted on the Internet. To see the full photo click here -- NSFW.

Her daughter, Victoria Racanati, told the Sun-Sentinel that Tobias did not want to comment.

Racanati said the family has been longtime Miami Heat season ticket holders and attend every game. And Tobias, Racanati said, is an ardent Heat fan.

Most of all, Tobias is embarrassed, according to her daughter.

"She is being a good sport," Racanati said. "She was having fun, just like any other fan."

The game was a blowout for the Heat, by 115-78.

This isn't the first time the public has heard about Filomena Tobias, though.

Tobias is the widow of Seth Tobias, a former CNBC commentator and hedge fund manager that died in 2007.

Tobias was her fourth husband. During their marriage, she reportedly bought a Porsche on a credit card, had the police called for domestic disturbance and sucked on her husband's nose to check for cocaine.

Seth, 44, drowned in his pool after consuming a alcohol, cocaine and prescription sleeping aid Ambien. Seth Tobias's brothers accused Filomena of murder and started a civil battle to ensure Filomena did not end up with his fortune.

An Internet psychic famously accused Filomena Tobias of killing her husband, according to SB Nation, but police investigation concluded there was no foul play, and prosecutors did not pursue criminal prosecution.

Seth Tobias' brothers, though, say that Filomena spiked her husband's last meal with enough Ambien to kill him and brought him to the pool area by telling him he could have sex with a male go-go dancer that goes by "Tiger."

Filomena Tobias was cleared in 2008 of any suspicion, according to ABC.
