Rob Kardashian's life is turning into its own reality show. The reality TV star was charged with two misdemeanor counts after an alleged altercation with a female photographer, according to CBS Los Angeles.

Kardashian, 26, was arrested after the paparazzo took photos of him without his shirt on outside a Beverly Hills gym, Entertainment Weekly reported.

He faces two counts: one count of petty theft after reportedly grabbing the photographer's camera and confiscating her memory card, and one count of battery, as the woman said Kardashian struck her in the face during the altercation.

The paparazzo, who goes by Kassandra Perez, has since filed a civil suit against Kardashian. In the lawsuit, Perez accuses him of battery and theft plus charges of assault and inflicting emotional distress.

Kardashian will enter pretrial May 29. He remains free on his on recognizance.
