With boyfriend Kanye West on her arm, a pregnant Kim Kardashian turned up at this year's punk-themed Met Ball wearing a floral gown by Italian designer Riccardo Tisci, according to HollywoodLife.com.

“I am excited to see everyone’s take on punk. Fashion is very, everyone has their own take on it,” the 32-year-old reality star said at Monday night's event. “It will be really interesting to me to see all the designers, and how everyone feels about punk.”

Kardashian's "take on punk" included a lengthy thigh-high slit, matching gloves and jewelry by Lorraine Schwartz.

Kardashian reportedly dined with Anna Wintour, Vogue's famously icy editor and Met Ball co-host, Sunday, in what the New York Post called an attempt to "butter her up" before fashion's big night.
