"My Fair Wedding" host David Tutera cited "irreconcilable differences" when filing to end his domestic partnership to Ryan Jurica. But the wedding planner and television personality has now had to deny his ex-husband's reports that he hired prostitutes to fuel his sex addiction.

In court documents obtained by TMZ, Jurica accuses Tutera of "hiring sex escorts and prostitutes to support his addiction."

"After repeated attempts at marriage counseling and therapy, we have been unable to save our relationship due to [David's] addiction to sex," Jurica claims.

Tutera refuted the allegations in a statement to Us Weekly:

The allegations against me are baseless and untrue and I will fight vigorously to defend my reputation in the court of law as well as the court of public opinion. I believe them to be fabrications of a desperate individual in order to gain a legal advantage in our separation.

Tutera, who is seeking legal custody of the twins the couple is expecting via surrogate, said he was "angered by the lies."

"I am saddened by these developments; I am angered by the lies; and I am committed to moving beyond this painful moment to focus on my professional commitments and the upcoming birth of my children," the statement continued.

Jurica also said in the court documents that Tutera's alleged promiscuity drove him to binge drink. TMZ reported that Jurica has been arrested for DWI and public intoxication in the last several months.
