Tamerlan Tsarnaev's 3-year-old daughter spotted playing in grandparents' yard

Zahara Tsarnaev, the 3-year-old daughter of deceased Boston marathon suspect Tamerlan Tsarnaev, was seen playing outside her grandparents' house on Wednesday as officials continue to investigate why her father and uncle plotted a terrorist attack in Boston.

The NY Daily news reports Zahara's maternal grandmother Judith Russell, looked tense and escorted the child back inside as soon as she spotted reporters across the street from her North Kingstown, Rhode Island home.

There was no trace, however, of Zahara's mother Katherine Russell, who has maintained throughout the investigation she had no prior knowledge of her husband's plans to attack the Boston Marathon.

According to the NY Post, the suspect's wife is an "all American girl" who was "brainwashed" by her husband's radical views. Tamerlan Tsarnaev's former roommates have said he would taunt and abuse his wife before they were married allegedly calling her a "slut" and a "prostitute."
