Sharon Osbourne is not happy with Ozzy, but she has no plans to give up on their 30-year-long marriage.

Osbourne opened up to her fellow co-hosts on "The Talk" Tuesday, dismissing recent tabloid rumors over their marital difficulties.

“Everybody knows he’s been struggling with this [substance abuse] his entire life and I never knew that he was using prescription drugs," Osbourne said. "I knew he was drinking occasionally, but I didn’t realize to the extent. It’s our business — we’re dealing with it; we’re not getting divorced."

"However, am I happy? No. Am I upset? Yes I am -- I’m devastated right now."

British media reported the Osbournes had split and were living separately, but the Black Sabbath star took to Facebook to apologize for his relapse and announce he had been sober for more than a month.

“Everything that was printed in the tabloids has been distorted," Sharon Osbourne said. "There’s always a little seed of truth to everything that gets reported, but then it gets very distorted."

"The only thing that’s true was the Facebook posting that my husband did on his Facebook where he said he’s been using alcohol and prescription drugs for the last year and a half … and that he has been in a very dark place. That’s true. It’s very true."

She declined to address rumors she was living at the Beverly Hills Hotel, or explain why she was spotted near a moving van by photographers in Los Angeles.

Regardless, Ozzy is in the midst of a world reunion tour with Black Sabbath, putting a little distance between the couple as they sort through their issues.

"We’ve dealt with worse, and we will deal with it and this too shall pass," Sharon Osbourne said. "Otherwise my husband will be taken to hospital to get my foot removed from his ass."
